• Site conditions differ from the original assessment

Customers will be informed before additional work is performed that may affect pricing.

Scheduling and Access

Customers agree to provide reasonable access to the property where services will be performed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

• Water and electricity are available if required

• Personal belongings are removed from service areas

• Pets are secured

• Vehicles or obstacles are moved if necessary

Failure to provide proper access may result in delays or additional service fees.

Payments

Payment terms may include deposits, milestone payments, or payment upon completion depending on the scope of the project.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of future services.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with reasonable advance notice.

Cancellation fees may apply if:

Customer Responsibilities

• Informing GWC Service of any existing structural issues

Failure to disclose known issues may affect the outcome of services.

General Service Disclaimer

Cleaning, painting, and exterior maintenance services may reveal pre-existing damage or deterioration that was not visible before service.

These services may expose conditions such as:

• Loose or peeling paint

• Cracked stucco or siding

• Oxidized surfaces

• Water intrusion points

• Mold or stains hidden beneath dirt or buildup

• Deteriorated wood or building materials

GWC Service uses professional equipment and industry-accepted techniques; however, we cannot guarantee that fragile or deteriorated surfaces will not be affected during cleaning or preparation.

Customers acknowledge that cleaning may remove debris or buildup that was concealing underlying damage.

Surface Damage Waiver (Pressure Washing & Exterior Cleaning)

Exterior cleaning services including pressure washing and soft washing may affect surfaces that are already compromised or deteriorated.

Cleaning may cause or reveal:

• Loose paint removal

• Surface etching on weakened concrete

• Exposure of damaged siding or wood

• Separation of aged sealants

By authorizing service, customers agree that GWC Service is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper installation, lack of maintenance, or normal material deterioration.

Landscaping & Vegetation Disclaimer

Exterior cleaning services may involve cleaning agents designed to remove mold, algae, and organic buildup.

While reasonable precautions are taken to protect surrounding landscaping, including rinsing and dilution methods, GWC Service cannot guarantee that plants, grass, flowers, or landscaping will not be affected.

Customers are responsible for identifying delicate plants or landscaping that may require special protection.

Roof Cleaning Disclaimer

Roof cleaning services are intended to remove algae, mold, and debris from roofing materials.

Customers acknowledge that:

• Roof cleaning may reveal existing shingle damage

• Aging or brittle roofing materials may be fragile

• Some stains may not be fully removable depending on roof condition

GWC Service is not responsible for damage related to aging roofs, loose shingles, cracked tiles, deteriorated flashing, or previously compromised roofing materials.

Concrete & Driveway Cleaning Disclaimer

Concrete, pavers, and other paved surfaces may contain pre-existing cracks, weak areas, or structural deterioration.

Pressure washing or surface cleaning may reveal or worsen these conditions.

Customers acknowledge that:

• Deep oil stains or rust stains may not be fully removable

• Cleaning may expose cracks or surface damage

• Previously sealed surfaces may react differently to cleaning

GWC Service is not responsible for damage caused by existing concrete deterioration or previous treatments applied to the surface.

Window & Screen Disclaimer

During exterior cleaning services, reasonable care is taken to avoid damage to windows and screens.

However:

• Older windows may have weakened seals

• Screens may be loose or brittle

• Existing cracks or damage may become visible during cleaning

GWC Service is not responsible for damage to windows, seals, or screens that were already compromised before service.

Customers should notify the company of any fragile or damaged windows before work begins.

Right to Stop Work / Unsafe Conditions

GWC Service reserves the right to stop or refuse work if unsafe conditions are present, including but not limited to:

• Aggressive animals

• Dangerous electrical hazards

• Unsafe roofs or structures

• Hazardous materials or environments

• Severe weather conditions

If work must be stopped due to unsafe conditions, the service may be rescheduled once the issue is resolved. Additional service fees may apply.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GWC Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from services performed.

Liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.

Website Use

All website content including text, graphics, logos, and images are the property of GWC Service and may not be reproduced without permission.
